Big Mistake! They rented an apartment to me infiltrated with second hand smoke. After one attempt to correct it, we where told they didn't know what else could be done. We complained six more times and they now say they have no record of it. We were told we would be responsible for one month's rent if we broke the lease and were charged two months rent. The pet deposit we paid isn't really a deposit. They kept one half of that deposit and do not apply it against any ""damage"". They just pocket it! Extra fees are paid monthly for pets that also are just pocketed. My advise is to steer clear. They are disgustingly sweet before you rent and this is very fake. They are unethical as they plan on renting this apartment again and not letting the new tenant know about the unhealthy air quality. I agree with the other reviewer that they must be posting their own reviews because they aren't top notched at all.
