Saied F. and Magnolia Plumbing were amazing. They responded quickly, gave me a fair quote and set up a window that same day to come and see my A/C problem. They sent a team prior to my service technician arriving to assess the situation and do a quick analysis of my home and needs. They offered quotes if you wanted them. I opted to sign up for the service plan to ensure that my unit got regular check-ups. The price seemed reasonable and it came with other perks such as discounts on service.
Saied was incredibly professional. He was thorough and explained each step as he did it. He tried multiple ways of fixing my condenser and was patient during the process. He then measured each vent and suggested ways of cooling my upstairs rooms which can get very hot. Overall, he was amazing and I would recommend him without reservation to anyone.
