DO NOT do business with this company! They are unethical scammers. Their leases have some very unethical clauses that essentially allow them to charge you insane amounts (in the thousands) after moving out of a 1 BDR studio apartment, on top of keeping your security deposit and making you pay for almost a month of rent after moving out on a month to month lease. They talk down to you and dont hear you out as a tenant, they don't work with you at all, and they belittle you and treat you like garabage, even after being a tenant for almost 4 years of on-time rental payments. They try every little way they can to squeeze you out of money. STAY FAR AWAY from this company. Some of the biggest scum in Idaho work here. You've been warned!
