After the initial free consultation with Tim Stoesz I felt that this is a lawyer with integrity and knowledge. Months later, I discovered that I was mistaken, big time! Tim appears to overwhelm himself with cases that he can't handle. He doesn't have time to learn much about your situation and he even forgets to advise you about basic things such as attending the required divorce workshop. He is not responsive and will avoid you. You will do all the work on your own and then he will find no time to discuss your findings neither with you nor with your spouse's attorney. You are better off representing yourself. At least this way you can save some time and of course money! I had to let go of him and hire someone else, but only after I lost my money and a great deal of time.
