The folks here understand that when you have water on your basement floor that shouldn't be there, they need to get to you ASAP. And Copper Cottage did. I called and a great plumber came out the next day. He figured out it wasn't a plumbing issue, but an HVAC issue. He made a call into the office, lined up an HVAC guy to come out that same afternoon. The HVAC guy replaced the dead solenoid and did an inspection of the furnace and AC unit. Where he found a leak in one of the outside faucets. So, he called the office and set up another appointment for a plumber to come out and figure out what's leaking and fix it.
Sounds like a lot of run-around, but I didn't have to do any of the running - they did it all after my initial call to set up an appointment.
The guys who came out to the house were fantastic. Explained what they were doing, answered all my questions and were completely professional and personable.
Copper Cottage has been my go-to plumber for years. This just solidifies my choice for great service!
