Very Impressive Service. 6/26/2018

I want to keep this short, Copper Cottage is a great company and you would be making a big mistake by not choosing them to handle your heating/plumbing/cooling needs. They have a very knowledgeable staff that can pretty much answer all of your questions on the spot. We have never had any issues with the work they have done for us and they consistently get things done correctly the first time. We will be working with them in the future for other jobs because of their great pricing and attention to detail. more

No Complaints 6/14/2018

I have been working with Copper Cottage for about 5 years now. They have handled all the plumbing for the commercial properties that I manage and their work has been great. I have never had any complaints about their work or their repairmen. Their pricing is fair and on-par with everyone else. They are easy to get in touch and have a fast response rate. I would easily recommend them. more

Copper Cottage has done a very good job for us. The only thing issue I have with them is that--because I know they are working on training new people constantly--they sometimes don't have the most experienced, but I have connections to make sure I get the most experienced and qualified people. more

They are very good about sticking with it until they get the problem fixed right. 4/2/2018

Our experience with Copper Cottage has been fine. They've been doing work for us for 25 years, so there's a lot of work they've done, including installing a boiler, repairing leaking pipes, and things like that. While it's easy to make an appointment, the biggest thing is that they are really, really busy so you have to wait a little while for your turn. But if it's a big emergency, they'll get someone out right away. They've treated us well over the years but, in business, things don't always go the way you plan. They are good about letting us know what's going on and giving us options we can work with. We've run into some issues with this last job installing the water heater, and it wasn't easy for anyone, but they've been very good about solving the problem. It was challenging, and they spent a lot of time and tinkering in getting the water heater to work the way it was supposed to. They are good because if the job isn't right, they will stick with it until they get it right--and they've done well that way. more

Absolutely Wonderful! Above and Beyond! 3/23/2018

Copper Cottage did an awesome job when they came to work on my water heater. I work in the industry, so I've seen all types, and they were absolutely wonderful. They were exactly on time, and perfectly prepared. Everything was well communicated, and they cleaned everything up, afterward. Their service was above and beyond my expectations, and I couldn't be happier to have hired them. more

There isn't another plumbing company in Sioux Falls that I will use. They always do such a great job no matter what it is they are doing for me. The pricing is always reasonable for the work they do. more

Efficient, Knowledgeable And Professional! 1/29/2018

The technicians from Copper Cottage came out and installed two new furnaces for us. Their sub had originally come out to install the furnaces, but they put in the wrong equipment. Copper Cottage took full responsibility, and they sent their technicians out to correct the problem. These guys were awesome! They were courteous, polite, and very knowledgeable. This work was done in our showroom, where we have customers coming in and out. The technicians were very considerate of this, and did everything possible to keep from disrupting our business. The only reason I gave them four stars for service, was because they didn't come back as scheduled, so we had to call them. Aside from that, their work was excellent! I would recommend them in a heartbeat! more

Customer service is a priority for them, I would say. The technician had trouble getting the part I needed. He could have gotten one that cost 5 x as much but said he did not want to do that to me. Instead he found a universal one that is working beautifully more
