Absolutely horrendous service tech. Stormed out of my home when I asked him why service ticket said evaporator. So why didn't he come prepared with an evaporator? ? He stormed out of my house like a child. Save yourself the aggravation and go with another company. Company that finally fixed my fridge was Callahans appliance repair. I highly recommend them. Google both companies and then call whirlpool to change service company to Callahans.
