Was fortunate to get help so quick! J.D. arrived in less than 1 hour. Went directly back to the outside unit and after a few comments, he went directly to his procedure to find the problem. Took the panel off and started troubleshooting. Discovered the capacitors were shorted and the contractor had pitted contacts. Recommended changing both. I agreed. He had the parts in his truck, made the changes and then proceeded to wash down and clean up the inside of the unit before closing up. He then checked the pressures and went downstairs and checked the unit. Changed the filter and buttoned up. Very courteous and helpful in taking the time to explain what needed to be done and making sure I was aware of what he was doing and why. Defiantly confident and knew what he was doing. It was a pleasure to have him here to do the repairs. I would hope all their service people were as competent.
