Great Work 12/16/2019

John showed up promptly after reaching him through the after-hours paging service. Quickly fixed our furnace issue while explaining everything as he went. Couldn't have gone smoother. Highly recommended. Also - signed up for the service plan in the process. Every bit as good and much cheaper than the service agreement offered by my original furnace installer. more

A/C service 5/20/2019

Larry did a fine job of checking out our A/C. he went above and beyond what we expected. He cleaned our unit and checked out the entire unit.I would recommend Larry to anyone who needed A/C service. more

Furnace Service Visit 2/25/2019

Jessica arrived promptly at our appointment time. She was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Jessica performed the required maintenance, answered some questions that I had, and offered some additional tips and suggestions to help keep the equipment in good shape. The service visit could not have been done any better than this. more

Installer Darin with Control Tech did a wonderful job installing my new HVAC system, in addition to being very patient with all my questions, which I had a lot of. Out of the 4 companies I had come out and give me a quote, salesperson Jeremy with Control Tech definitely help set my mind at ease in helping me choose a new system. Highly recommend this company. more

Great Service and results 9/4/2018

Control Tech and JD did a wonderful job scheduling an appointment with me quickly when my AC unit recently went out. The technician was very friendly and showed up on time to the appointment. He was able to diagnose the problem within 10 minutes, and I had my AC running again perfectly within an hour. I will definitely use Control Tech again, and Highly recommend them to others. more

Service tech Tillman, #332, provided routine maintenance on our A/C unit. Did a very thorough job esp on the outside unit. He had a very pleasant and professional demeanor on this call. We will ask for him in the fall when we tune up our furnace. more

Control Tech Repair 3/18/2018

I was very pleased with Ron's (282) field service as he repaired my heat pump unit. Ron was very knowledgeable and courteous during the visit. He shared his knowledge with me as I inquired about the issue I was having with my heat pump. Ron seemed genuinely concerned about meeting my needs and insuring my that his work was done quickly and properly. My thanks to Ron for a job well done. Mike Parente more
