You should have been up front an the pricing policy. Your add stated 49.00 as the service call as did the apt maker. When the service man arrived he met me with his ipad and informed me of an additional 199.00 to look at my problem. With that info I would have said no thank you initially and gone on to the next company. Truth would have saved us all a lot of time.

Thank you for the review, we appreciate any and all feedback. You are correct our service call fee is $49 to get the tech to the home/business. This should have been reiteriated by our CSR. If the job is something simple like a off breaker/switch the $49 is all we would charge. As stated by the tech the $199 will be taken off if any repair is chosen. Sorry if this wasnt clear enough, I will relisten to your call to make sure the call was handled properly. Thank you again for the feedback
