I have a contract that requires 2 maintenance visits per year. Last year I had to call about these appointments and was told that visit that was about the new duck work was counted as 1 maintenance visit.
So far this year I have not had a maintenance visit.
I had a new blower motor installed in the heat pump.
and paid for the labor. I now he did not do maintenance on the unit because I was with him as the work was done
