Review content:
1st I tried to update my inventory and was ignored, then went over my estimate and paid a LOT more than quoted. 2nd the moving company was 2 days late for pick up. I'm still waiting for part of the compensation I was promised. Also a box was lost containing some irreplaceable items. I mentioned it to my "customer care" rep within a week of the delivery. I subsequently mentioned it another 5 or 6 times before she finally asked the moving company and was told it's too late to try and find it. I was told I had checked off everything on the checklist... That I NEVER held in my hand. The only piece of paper I was left with at the end of the drop off was the weight ticket from the scale the driver went to on his way to my house. And there was someone else's household goods on the truck. How do I know he didn't charge me for their weight? I feel disgusted and ripped off. I'll be moving again in a year or two. Not only will I not be using this company, I will tell everyone I can not to use this company. I wish I had read the reviews before I paid the huge down payment they required.
