Darrell arrived timely to begin his work at my home. Before beginning he clearly explained the work he was going to do. I was highly impressed at the caution he took to avoid bring dirt into my house, i.e., he wore shoe covers, He was extremely knowledgeable of his work and thorough in providing service. After completing the work of the visit, he sat with me and clearly explained what he had done, and prioritized the things that needed to be done with estimated costs. For future service, I will request Darrell T.
