I had an appointment for a routine annual exam to check for any potential problem areas regarding possible skin cancer. Everyone I met was friendly and professional, and I was called back at exactly my appointment time. My examination was thorough and professional, and I really felt like they cared and wanted to make me feel good about my experience. Noticing a couple precancerous spots on my face, they quickly rectified the problem with squirts of liquid nitrogen (freezing the areas). I was completely satisfied and out of the office before I would have even been called back in other doctor's offices.
