The only reason I'm giving one star is because there is not a lower rating available. This company has demonstrated itself to be unethical, dishonest and unprofessional in their business dealings with us. We rented a townhome for a year, and gave notice 3 months in advance that we were not renewing our lease. They would not let us out and were going to charge us and increase the rent by $100 until I threatened to leave them a bad review. Well, I'm sorry to say that I still have to leave them a bad review, because they only returned about 30% of our deposit - claiming that there were repairs and cleaning, etc. We left the place in pristine condition, with ZERO repairs needed. They will tell you they are going to have to pay a cleaning company to clean, yet they won't. They will take your money and keep it. The place was filthy when we moved in, and yet they'd claimed to have had it professionally cleaned. There is no way that was done. We also had to hunt down our deposit refund, only to tell them tell us they didn't have our forwarding address. Yet the very next day the check was in our mailbox. Please do yourself a favor and research this company before doing business with them. There are many other options in the Valley besides these unprofessional and dishonest people. One more thing: last year they offered me a $25 gift card if I would post a positive review for them. If you notice, all reviews are either one star or five and the positive reviews are all during the same time period. This makes me question the validity of any positive reviews for this company.
