It is unfortunate for the hard working, kind hearted members of the staff that they are working with the likes of the "stylist" we saw this weekend. My 4 year old was called to have her hair trimmed and then sat waiting while the woman spoke with her cousin for over 10 minutes. She then gave my daughter unclear instructions for where to look and yelled at her when she did not do as she wanted. Her bangs were cut much shorter than I asked but I was unable to see until they were finished because she made me stand behind her holding her head. This is the first time I have returned this establishment in over two years because this happened the last time we went. The last time the "stylist" ignored me and my specific instructions to gossip to friend while she took it upon herself to cut over 2 inches from my daughters hair days before she was to be the flower girl in her uncle's wedding.
