I agree with the below posting. Cindy her name is with the short spiky hair and long nails is very rude and harsh with children and the owner does not even do anything about it! I am writing the franchise over this. Cindy yelled at my daughter and told her if she kept moving she would get cut and now my daughter is scared to death to get her hair cut for fear of being cut by sharp scissors. Way to go Cindy, you have a real knack for kids! Go work at a smoky bar where you belong!
