Review content:
I went into Camarillo Mattress knowing I needed a firm mattress for my elderly mother. I asked the sales associate for the firmest mattress they had and we made a decision. At the time, the service was great. However, my mother only lasted two nights on the mattress.
We found that even though the mattress was quite firm, the springs inside the bed were still an issue for her back. I do take responsibility because we got exactly what we asked for, but in hindsight, insightful questions from the associate as to why we wanted a firm mattress may have avoided the problem.
