My experience with Camarillo Mattress was that they were very helpful in picking out a mattress. They gave us suggestions on what we were trying to convey, and they delivered the new mattress and picked up the old mattress. It was nice to have that service available. And we like the mattress because it's soft yet firm. more

I had a great experience with Camarillo Mattress. The sales representatives were very friendly, helpful, and pleasant. I liked that they were informative and explained everything clearly. They were very helpful in choosing the product that I wanted. The price was very reasonable and competitive compared with the competition. The deliverers were on time and moved things efficiently. The quality of the product is excellent and I am satisfied with how everything turned out. I had no problems and will definitely be going back to Camarillo Mattress in the future. more

A Good Company to Deal With 6/8/2018

I went to get a mattress at Camarillo Mattress recently and the girl I talked to seemed to really know what she was talking about and the price was about 30% less than what I expected. They were friendly and the guy who delivered it was right on time. He also set it up for me and took my old mattress away. They were pretty good to deal with and I like that they're local. more

Excellent Service and Product 6/6/2018

I had an excellent experience with Camarillo Mattress. It was recommended to me by my daughter who was very satisfied with her mattress. I walked around the store and they had great customer service. The sales representative showed me many different mattresses and answered all my questions. Everyone was nice, courteous, and pleasant. The delivery man was also very helpful. He carried the mattress upstairs and made sure everything was in good order. I had no problems with the service and am really happy with what I bought. I would absolutely recommend Camarillo Mattress and will use them again in the future if needed. more

Very Nice. Had to Load Mattress Up Ourselves. 5/24/2018

Camarillo Mattress is a very convenient company to work with, and the lady who runs it is very nice and quite personable. For this, we appreciate it, and probably wouldn't have a problem returning, again. Most recently, when we bought a mattress there, it was a pretty good experience, but we had to get it down, take it out of the store, and load it up all by ourselves, which was a bit difficult. For that, we'd rate their service at maybe a two outta five. How nice she does kind of makes up for the lack of help with the handling of the mattress itself, though. It was a pretty good experience. more

I went to Camarillo Mattress recently to purchase a new mattress for my home and am quite pleased with the product that I got from them as well as the customer service. The people from Camarillo Mattress were very helpful with finding me a product that was the size I needed, looked good in my home and didn't cost too much. Since the purchase, I have been very pleased with the mattress, it is very comfy and I have had no issues with it, I would highly recommend them. more

Helpful and Courteous Service 4/16/2018

I've bought several mattresses from Camarillo Mattress over the years, at least three of four. I live in Camarillo and they are close by and I prefer to support local stores. I've always found their service helpful and courteous. When I needed a mattress on short notice most recently they had one delivered the same afternoon. Their prices are comparable to others and they have a range of mattresses. I was shopping in the low range and I found what I wanted. I wasn't pushed to buy a $900 mattress or anything like that. They seem to be very customer oriented. I had a problem with my most recent purchase and they were right there to offer a solution. I bought a box-spring and a mattress and the box-spring was a little too high. I went back and asked if there was a shorter box-spring and they were very willing to exchange for a different one. I decided not to exchange it in the end mostly because I was too lazy to bring the other box-spring back to the store, but I thought it was great that they offered. Camarillo Mattress is the place I would go to buy a mattress. I wouldn't go to other places. more

I had a great experience with Camarillo Mattress. I have used them before and their customer service was great. All the employees were professional, courteous, and pleasant to work with. They were very informative and answered all my questions. I liked that they conducted business honestly and did not push to make a sale. Everyone was helpful and responsive to my needs. They had what I was looking for and I am happy with my purchase. The mattress was delivered on time and without any complications. The People Who Helped Us Were Very Nice 2/6/2018

The people who helped us at Camarillo mattress were very nice and we ended up buying a mattress that met my expectations. Their pricing was very competitive based on our research. We had visited some other stores and looked online, but in the end we wanted to buy local. The sales people were friendly and professional. I had never been there before but we actually went back and made a second purchase, which was a topper to go with our new mattress. more

My first experience at Camarillo Mattress went very well. After getting a good recommendation and checking out the competition for ourselves, we ended up going with Camarillo Mattress. We went to the store to decide which mattress we wanted to go with and after purchasing it they were able to deliver it that same day. The delivery crew showed on time and were very considerate of our home. We are very satisfied with the service and quality of product and would definitely use Camarillo Mattress again. more

Excellent Service, Very Satisfied! 11/30/2017

I recently went to Camarillo Mattress to purchase a mattress for my daughter and am very pleased with the product that I received from them. The people there were very helpful with finding us a bed that would work well for our daughter without breaking the bank. The mattress we got from them has been great, there have been no issues or complaints. Camarillo Mattress is pretty great. I had just moved in and needed a mattress pretty fast. They made sure I had one by that night. They did everything right, just the way they were supposed to do. Their employees were pleasant and easy to deal with. Their pricing seemed fine to me. The mattress itself is of good quality and is comfortable. more

Some pieces were missing in the box but it was okay 11/10/2017

I bought a bed frame from Camarillo Mattress, a king size and there were a couple of pieces missing in the box when I went to ensemble it. It's too bad because I mentioned to them that I was taking it to San Jose and they said that everything would be there, guaranteed, but it wasn't. Anyway, it wasn't a big deal and I would still recommend them. They were polite and friendly. I don't shop much there but it's okay. more
