I cannot say enough good things about this place. It's a beautiful facility and the staff is just the nicest I've ever had contact with (this is including human hospitals). We had to bring our cat in one night to eventually get put down, and the doctor was just the kindest, most understanding woman in the world. She let us take as much time as we needed, laid out all our options, and was truly kind when we decided the most humane thing to do was put him down. This was a very difficult time for me and my family, and having such lovely staff around made it infinitely easier. If you have an emergency, GO! You won't regret it.
