I agree with most of the reviews already posted. Sometimes I get fast service, but most of the time it seems as if they care more for their money and less about their "patients". For bandage changes my dog had to sit in a cage after being dropped off at 7 am and not seen until 7pm! No food either! When I asked why I couldn't just bring the dog in the evening when the doctors were "less busy" with "non-emergency" patients, I was told it wasn't part of their "policy". What about what's best for the animal? The doctors won't call you back unless you harass the staff repeatedly and their fees are insane. When it seems as if they can't handle their load of "emergency patients" I asked for a referral to another facility and the staff Member, Stephanie (beware of her I caught her in multiple lies to me once) said "oh once one doctor starts treating your dog shouldn't you just continue with the same doctor?" making me feel guilty because I question their authority and practices.
