Review content:
We ended up visiting this hospital on an emergency for one of our cats. I was impressed from the moment I walked in. The doctors were very thorough in diagnosing our animal (at 9pm at night), and the support staff couldn't have been any more caring. We ended up having to leave her there, and the doctors called us with frequent updates throughout the night. In the end, they weren't able to save our cat (she had advanced Leukemia, and we didn't know). They brought her in to a family room to be with us for a while, and the doctors let us take as much time as possible. They helped us make arrangements for her creamation, and took care of everything for us. A week after the entire ordeal, we received a hand-written card from the two doctors that worked on her -- it was the most thoughtful thing we could have received.
