Review content:
I took my dog here for an emergency today, and I ended up staying from 4:40 pm- 7:15 pm (mostly waiting time in the waiting room or the patient's room). The female vet who saw us was polite and helpful, but of all people, the janitor took it upon herself to MAKE FUN of my mother because my mother needed to wet a napkin in the bathroom for our dog and the janitor was cleaning it at the same time and didn't understand. She didn't know I was standing right behind her when she began to ridicule my mother- who was in the bathroom at this point- to the reception staff, who are generally very rude and reciprocated until they saw me staring at her disgusting display of deprecation. Instead of an apology, I received blank, awkward stares.
I will NEVER be coming back to this hospital, because while the vet herself was kind, she did nothing special I wouldn't receive- with far less waiting time- at a cleaner animal hospital, and the administration at Oradell should honestly clean up their reception area and janitorial staff if they want to avoid losing longtime clients.
