I was immensely impressed by Tim Ferguson for several reasons: (1) when they came to try to repair my old unit, they showed and explained the problems to me (on a Friday night to boot) and provided quotes to repair and replace the system within about 4 hours; (2) I ended up buying the new unit and when they installed it they were fast, courteous and respectful; (3) an unanticipated problem occurred with a water leak from the indoor unit that wet the ceiling in my master bedroom; I reported the problem and they responded quickly to repair the leak and provided me the name of another man to repair the ceiling in my master bedroom; all this was completed within 1 week; the quality of the work was top notch; (4) since then they've visited to ensure the new unit is running correctly and that all issues have been fixed. Seriously, I've never had service like this before, which further convinced me to sign up for their service plan to have them check/repair our units twice per year. Tim Ferguson is truly a top-notch company which is customer-focused. I couldn't imagine using another vendor for my heating/air needs ever again.
