Installation of new hot water heater 5/2/2018

Curtis Black from Tim Ferguson did an excellent job installing my new hot water heater. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The new heater works great. He arrived on the appointed time and removed the old heater and installed the new one very efficiently. I will continue to use Tim Ferguson Co. and recommend them to my friends. Thanks so much. more

Josh provided polite and professional service. He called ahead of time and made a timely arrival shortly after the call. He demonstrated great listening skills and responded with helpful advice that confirmed his listening. He didn't rush me while I was explaining what I wanted. Patient, kind, thoughtful, polite, and professional -- those make for value-added customer service -- something that everyone can appreciate! more

Installation of new Heat Pump (indoor air handler & outside condenser) 5/2/2017

I was immensely impressed by Tim Ferguson for several reasons: (1) when they came to try to repair my old unit, they showed and explained the problems to me (on a Friday night to boot) and provided quotes to repair and replace the system within about 4 hours; (2) I ended up buying the new unit and when they installed it they were fast, courteous and respectful; (3) an unanticipated problem occurred with a water leak from the indoor unit that wet the ceiling in my master bedroom; I reported the problem and they responded quickly to repair the leak and provided me the name of another man to repair the ceiling in my master bedroom; all this was completed within 1 week; the quality of the work was top notch; (4) since then they've visited to ensure the new unit is running correctly and that all issues have been fixed. Seriously, I've never had service like this before, which further convinced me to sign up for their service plan to have them check/repair our units twice per year. Tim Ferguson is truly a top-notch company which is customer-focused. I couldn't imagine using another vendor for my heating/air needs ever again. more

Jason was super friendly, helpful, and professional. He took care of my air conditioner service in a timely manner and made sure that I understood everything that he was doing. I will definitely call again for yearly maintenance or if I experience any further problems. more

Quick, painless, and great customer service 2/9/2016

I called in to request a plumber at 0930 that morning and was greeted with a kind voice and quick appointment time. I even requested a 30 minute notice prior to the plumber showing up so i could make my way home from work and was given plenty of time. Upon arrival, Shane introduced himself and explained what his protocol was for the scenario (a backed up sink). He explained the price to me for the services and what I was agreeing to with my signature. He solved the problem and ran some tests to make sure the service would hold up on his end. I haven't had any issues since. I recommend them for any of your plumbing needs. more

Awesome company and work 6/19/2015

They were very helpful. And made sure their work was done right. Great customer service. Cleaned up behind them. And ever time in and out the door their shoe covers were removed and replaced. They were above and beyond any company o have ever seen. Even offered the membership called The Diamond Club. Which is very helpful with in future service. Great Job guys and keep up the great work. I will be referring business. more

Honest and dependable and professional 1/5/2015

My family and I were very pleased with the service we recived from Shane and John. They restored the water to our home in the dead of winter. They took the time to make sure all pipes in our home worked before leaving. They were honest, professional and came on time. I will use this company for all our future plumbing needs or other services offered. My neighbors were also impressed with their service. Thank you so much. more
