Brandon was the technician, and he was very polite and professional. He explained that my grout probably would not lighten up much after the cleaning, and that I should consider grout re-coloring (which he demonstrated on my actual grout). He was right- the tile was very clean but the grout still looked dark. So, I had him proceed with the grout re-coloring. It looks amazing! I love the lighter grout and the tile looks cleaner than I ever was able to get it.
