Duct cleaning 8/2/2017

Jeremy and Chris showed up right on time, introduced themselves, were very professional, explained the entire process and got right to work. They answered all my questions throughout the whole process and cleaned up when they were done. I will definitely use Sears again. more

Dave A and his coworker did a great job on my carpets. They were hard working, courteous, explained things as they went along, and cleaned up after their work. But best of all - my carpets are clean! They really did a great job tackling my dirty steps, which are now the best they have looked in a long time. I have not come across any other carpet cleaning company besides Sears that does this quality of work for such reasonable prices. more

They were early with a confirmed call. They were all about getting the job done. They explained the advantages of added services which was appreciated. My wife is happy and thus I have a happy life and can continue my retirement on the golf course. I will gladly recommend your service to my friends and neighbors. more

Best Carpet technician! 5/22/2017

I have used Sears Carpet cleaning for years. They always do a great job. I have also used more expensive services but there is no difference in quality. Chris is an amazing technician. I have antiques and he placed protector pads under ALL of them on his own so that they would not bleed onto the newly cleaned carpet. Some technicians protect 1 or 2 of my antiques but he literally used them on everything in the room. Plus, the overall quality of his work is 10/10! Well done. I will request Chris every time! more

sears carpet and furniture cleaning 5/16/2017

To Sears, Dave and Chris went over and above in making sure they did a good job. The carpet and chairs that were cleaned look brand new. They even went to the trouble to reposition the furniture as I requested without saying a word. Vent cleaning 5/3/2017

I was extremely pleased with the service Jeremy and Buddy gave me. They discovered that my dryer vent was not properly installed that gone undiscovered could have caused a fire. They cleaned out the dryer vent quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them. more

Sears tile and grout cleaing 4/27/2017

Brandon was the technician, and he was very polite and professional. He explained that my grout probably would not lighten up much after the cleaning, and that I should consider grout re-coloring (which he demonstrated on my actual grout). He was right- the tile was very clean but the grout still looked dark. So, I had him proceed with the grout re-coloring. It looks amazing! I love the lighter grout and the tile looks cleaner than I ever was able to get it. more

Maurice and Buddy came to the house and were very professional. They provided excellent service!! They laid down a sheet from the hallway getting dirty, protected the corners of walls and told us everything they were going to be doing. We are very pleased with the service they provided and would recommend them to family and friends. more
