Let me start off by saying the service professionals how actually come out to your home are stellar! Giles was our most recent tech, and he was polite, efficient, and thorough. The company as a whole is run absolutely horribly. They scheduled my family for a maintenance, I took off all day for a 4 hour window that they provided, and no one showed up or even called to let me know that they would not be coming. I had to call them to figure out what had happened. I can't tell you how frustrating it is to take time off, which is limited in itself, just to have them not show for an already wide gap of time. Then, when they rescheduled, the tech was so overbooked that he showed up an hour AFTER the scheduled 4-hour window, only after I had to call the scheduler to threaten cancelling the service altogether. The bottom line: service workers there actually doing the work are beyond impressive, but the ones running the show desperately need to learn how to run a business.
