Review content:
We used American Flooring twice over the last year and a half. Their shop is between my house and my son's school so I drive by it a lot, which is how I knew about them. They put in basically all my floors and my main floor downstairs, one was vinyl and ceramic, and the other was carpet. We bought from them first initially because they have high quality product and they're local, but we had some challenges with that first job. My wife and I didn't quite agree to go back to them the second time, but this time we really didn't have any challenges and it was smooth sailing, so they kind of redeemed themselves. We're thrilled with the work they did. I think I called Doug on a Monday, December 19th, and he had somebody out getting measurements within that week before Christmas. He had the carpet ordered and installed by January 5th, so I wouldn't have expected the work to be any quicker. I thought the pricing was appropriate, not the cheapest but I didn't want the cheapest. And they negotiated with me, either by working in a few features or price breaks here and there, so I felt like they wanted my business. Overall the experience has redeemed our opinion of the company.
