Review content:
We purchased new flooring from American Flooring. They are close by and well situated in relation to us, which was very convenient. Their staff were very accommodating about samples; they made us feel easy and welcome to pick up samples, return them, etc. The ordering process was very easy and the whole thing was dealt with in a professional and prompt manner. We decided to the installation ourselves, and their staff was also very helpful post-purchase. Their customer service was great and the employees were available to answer all our questions.
