The shampoo girl is rude and doesn't know what she is doing. It's as though she is practicing on a doll head with all the pulling, tugging and improper techniques. On average you will be there 4-5 hours so bring something to occupy your time. Lastly their prices are high, $55 Is the base price for a simple was , press & curl. They charge $5 extra if you have a child with you that isn't being serviced, $8 for dandruff shampoo, $5 To scratch your scalp , and $15 for a trim. The prices are high but the service lacks. Champagne prices with malt liquor sevices
