DJW Property Management in Eagle Idaho is a Terrible company to work with as far as Renting Properties. They are very dishonest and extremely rude customer service. I called their office with several questions regarding my move-out statement and they kept giving me the run around telling me I had to send an e-mail, which I had already sent 6 e-mails with no response. Finally, they would just hang up on me when I asked for a manager. Do Not Do Business with this Company. If you are renting and this company is the Management Company, I suggest that you find a different home to rent. You will be treated like dirt and they will Never fix any problems on the house. However, when you move out - they will make up problems and charge you for them. I have sent in complaints regarding this company to the BBB and the Attorney General's Office. Companies like this should not be in business.
