Review content:
We bought an Arctic Fox, brand new trailer, from this dealer. I warn everyone to stay away from this dealer. They talked us into getting an a special weight distribution hitch (which we did need) but the one they suggested was "their best seller" and "everyone just raves" about it. The tech did not know how to install it and used a YouTube video to figure out they put it on backwards. Then we find out, after struggling to get it to the camp site and after reading the instructions that they still installed it wrong. It was set up for a small SUV instead of our large truck. They will be lucky if that didn't cause permanent damage. The sales staff and the maintenance techs all tell us that this is the first one that they have ever sold or installed, while the manager in our later conversation tells us that everyone is wrong that they install them all the time. We are told to just bring it in when we hook up to leave and they will fix it right before we head back home. That was just the beginning. We had multiple problems everything from them not having a key to one of the outside doors (which we still can't lock) where they installed an outside chest freezer, to the trailer being absolutely disgusting when we picked it up, after they detailed it. So it takes over an hour in the pouring rain and hail at this point to bring the trailer back in, 5 miles from where we are parked. To which they look in the pass through, put a light in there and close it, to which light is shining back though. They said that was the problem, tighten a screw and that was the end of it. No checking or looking at ANYTHING else. The manager is horrible. Throughout our entire convers
