We bought an Arctic Fox, brand new trailer, from this dealer. I warn everyone to stay away from this dealer. They talked us into getting an a special weight distribution hitch (which we did need) but the one they suggested was "their best seller" and "everyone just raves" about it. The tech did not know how to install it and used a YouTube video to figure out they put it on backwards. Then we find out, after struggling to get it to the camp site and after reading the instructions that they still installed it wrong. It was set up for a small SUV instead of our large truck. We are told to just bring it in when we hook up to leave and they will fix it right before we head back home. That was just the beginning. When we called to report our problem we are told that we have to hook up the trailer and bring it back into them, even though they were supposed to come and fix the other problems earlier in the week, which they never showed up for. So it takes over an hour in the pouring rain and hail at this point to bring the trailer back in, 5 miles from where we are parked. To which they look in the pass through, put a light in there and close it, to which light is shining back though. They said that was the problem, tighten a screw and that was the end of it. No checking or looking at ANYTHING else. The manager is horrible. Throughout our entire convers
