Review content:
On my first visit, Debbie helped me purchase a Cal King mattress. Debbie was great! A few weeks later I went back to buy a queen mattress for my son. Since Debbie was out that day, another woman helped me and the experience went in the opposite direction. After my 2nd visit, I walked away paying the same price for a queen size mattress that I paid for my California King. I was also charged for a mattress pad. And ended up paying $70 for a bed frame that was missing from the California King delivery, it was supposed to be free. Additionally, I had to pay $50 delivery fee. I live 3mi from the store location and had to help the delivery guy get the mattress in the house. I have no clue what I paid for the 2nd time around. I didn't receive any value. The woman was nice, but I was overcharged compared to my initial experience. I would suggest consistent pricing overall so customers know what to expect. Also for delivery services, if the company doesn't have the resources to do a delivery, without customer help, the service should not be offered. I'm not a delivery guy, that's the service I paid for.
