Jeff did a nice job on our plumbing issue. He also kept things clean. I only had one problem with the service. He was scheduled for a morning hour window. After lunch I called the office trying to find out if he was coming. It was nearly two hours after the closing time of the morning window. Two and a half hours after the latest time he was to make it to my house he arrived. I would have appreciated a phone call saying he got tied up and would be a couple of hours later than expected. That way I could have gotten some work and errands done.
