Plumbing issue 3/31/2017

Jeff did a nice job on our plumbing issue. He also kept things clean. I only had one problem with the service. He was scheduled for a morning hour window. After lunch I called the office trying to find out if he was coming. It was nearly two hours after the closing time of the morning window. Two and a half hours after the latest time he was to make it to my house he arrived. I would have appreciated a phone call saying he got tied up and would be a couple of hours later than expected. That way I could have gotten some work and errands done. more

Excellent service!! Dana W came to repair our heater late at night when we weren't even home. Fixed the problem, phoned us, & even locked the door on the way out! Thanks Dana! more

Luis and Matthew replaced a solenoid valve on our humidifier. They were on time, quiet, fast and cleaned up after they were finished. THANK YOU, THANK YOU....for sending us LUIS G. in the 7/1/2 years I have to HONESTY say is the best Technician we have ever had. Others have been good but not like LUIS G. He was a TRUE PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS and EFFICIENT. HE TREATED US AND HIS WORK NOT JUST AS A PAYCHECK BUT SHOWED CONCERN. He understood our everything we said to him and never once looked bewildered as we have had in the past...he got right to the problem.
