I had to get a new a/c system so I contacted Centex. Right form the start I could see that customer service was their highest priority. I had scheduled a date for installation and had to change it due to an unexpected hospital stay. They worked right with me. Cindy was terrific (and had the patients of the gods), to get me all scheduled, and she also displayed a genuine concern about myself and my health. (Too bad you can't clone that lady, she's amazing!) When the guys came out to install, they had their shoes covered so as not to make a mess in the house. The first thing they did was put a tarp down all through the work area to keep the house clean. (This means a lot.) The technicians, Iban C. and Julian T. were fast and most efficient, finishing the job way ahead of schedule. After the job was done and the men had left, I realized that I had a hide-a-key hidden in the outside old compressor. They found it for me and I got it back.
No one wants to go through the cost and inconvenience of a change out of an A/C unit, but Centex Mechanical made this a marvelous experience. Great people to work with and outstanding service.
I am pleased to recommend them.
