Review content:
The product I got from Unique Window Treatments was fine. I got some blackout shades for my apartment. The people were great to deal with when I purchased them. After they installed them, I had an issue with a bar that fell out and needed to be repaired. I called them and they came out and said they needed a part and they would be back with it. Of course, they haven't been back and I have not heard from them since. Everything else was fine except their lack of customer service when their product failed.

We apologize for the bad follow up in this case. Once this came to our attention, we instructed our office stuff to schedule a service call for this client.
