Review content:
At Automotive Excellence they take their time with explaining what needs to be done and they do one task at a time. They're not trying to multitask and up-sell everything like some garages do. They stay focused and on the task at hand and they're not getting side tracked fixing peripheral issues. I felt their pricing was fair and compatible with other shops of their nature. Their recommendations were also helpful as far as any notes and things to look out for that I might want to fix in the future. They provided quotes as food for thought as well. I didn't feel there was any price gouging or extra hidden fees or costs. Everything was exactly how they said it was going to be. I brought my car in most recently for a quick overall inspection and a tune up and then had them correct a steering box issue. I've mostly dealt with Alex and Evi there and they are both friendly, kind, and personable. They are an appointment only business, so you should be aware of that, and if you're thinking about having work done it usually helps for them to see the car first as opposed to talking about the issues you're having over the phone where they can only really give you ballpark estimates on the work.
