I'm sad to say that I have had ALOT of problems with this company. They installed an all house air conditioner w/ a heat pump around April 2014. Six months later I started having problems and they have been unable to resolve it thus far. Also, when they came to install it, the sales guy never told them what they would be doing and now I have a huge pipe that runs down the inside of my closet down to the basement. Every time I have called I requested someone who knows about heat pumps and almost everytime, they have sent someone who knows nothing about them. The salesman also told us we could use the heat pump into the single digits when in fact a heat pump can only be used up to 40 degrees. The unit is still making the same noise dispute them replacing a part last month. The girls who answer the phones are the worst!!! They never know what to do or how to help.
