This will be the 3rd year to reluctantly lease from this company. Maintenance quality is lacking, timeliness is unreliable and disrespectful of tenants. The property manager never returns communication timely. Payments are required by the 1st or outrageous fees(120.00 late fee) are attached to the monthly rent. No online bill pay! checks are only accepted 1st - 3rd of the month then you must spend more $ for a cashiers check! After current lease is over, I will never rent from the company again and would strongly advise others considering renting from them to keep looking for something better.
