Review content:
I am writing to express how impressed I am with Godot Animal Sanctuary. I am the National Shelter Director of Farm Sanctuary, the leading farm animal sanctuary in the United States. We have two shelters - one in Watkins Glen, NY and the other in Orland, CA and care for over 1000 animals on over 475 acres between the two facilities. I have worked with rescued farm animals now for over 22 years and am well respected in the farm animal sheltering community. I have visited many sanctuaries across the country. Lana, the Executive Director of Godot Animal Sanctuary, graciously took in cattle from a horrible cruelty case from us. These were not just any cattle, but those who would have been impossible for us to place, including Sprout, a special needs calf who suffered from horrible navel ill. These animals are thriving in her care. I personally went with the cattle on the trip to Godot and the sanctuary is beautiful and I felt very comfortable there. I think very highly of Godot and look forward to visiting them again soon. It's a wonderful facility!
