At 12:30 pm, I ordered a cab for 3:30 pm. A 3:45 pm, I called to find out why my cab was late. The dispatcher told me it would be another 30-40 minutes. When I commented that ordering ahead of time meant absolutely nothing, the dispatcher said no, that wasn't true. But he also could not give me a reason why it didn't show. I called Ace Cab, who was just as busy, and they got somebody to my house in ten minutes. If you need dependability, don't count on Yellow Cab to deliver - or arrive.
