Review content:
We will not recommend anyone to use Fasco Appliance for repair of kitchen appliances. It took way to long for them to repair our refrigerator and during one repair visit they drilled a hole through the waterline causing water to leak to the floor and rust the front bottom grate. They are located in Oshkosh and we are in Appleton and they took way too long to get to our needed repairs. The first repair person that came was actually helpful but never came back because he was no longer working for company. The quote that we agreed to with him was not upheld by Fasco. There was significant amount of lack of communication from several Fasco employees and very slow response to return of our calls and we often had to call them back for updates. To this day our ice maker is still not working properly but we will NOT call Fasco to continue to fix it because they take way too long and we don't trust that they will service it properly and timely.
