Called them on Wednesday with an authorization code for the specific part needed from the manufacturer and the model and serial numbers. They would not take the information over the phone and told me they had to come out. So I took a half day off of work and waited Friday morning. At 9am they called me, told me why didn't I just give them the model and serial number because they didn't want to come out. I told them we wasted to two days, they told me I was wasting THEIR time. Late Friday they leave a message to call about the part, I call back on Monday morning to find out they still have not ordered it, and supposedly can't get it for over a week (this is a lie, because the other place I called after this can get it asap - I think they just don't want to do this work because the manufacturer won't pay as much as the price they probably gouge their customers). I ask if they can try another source, he tells me that I am "disgruntled" and should call someone else. Manufacturers should know that this company is not willing to comply with their agreement and treats the customer very poorly. Save yourself time and headaches by skipping Fasco and calling another appliance company.
