Small, family run businesses always impress me with their level of customer support.
Reliable Plumbing & Heating Services attended to plumbing problems that required a snake out to the yard. After the first try everything was working. But the next day the toilets were stopped up again. I called Reliable Plumbing and they came out see what was going on, no problem.
The guy checked the pipes in the yard and found the original ceramic pipes were causing the clogging issues. He ran a line all the way out to the street this time, and installed a non-ceramic part to keep the pipe clear. I wasn't charged for a service call and only the new part that was needed. He also replaced the yard beautifully, it's hard to tell the ground was taken up in the area he was working.
The worker was very patient and knowledgeable while showing me things that go wrong with ceramic pipes. He was committed to doing a good job and it showed.
We are completely satisfied with this service. Will call them again when we need them.
