Steve was my service person, and I couldn't be happier with his knowledge, honesty, kindness and consideration. He explained everything thoroughly , which gave me peace of mind and total confidence. This was my first experience with Reliable Plumbing & Heating, but it will definitely not be my last ~ 5 Stars across the board in all areas ~ And I am absolutely going to recommend them to all my friends and neighbors. more

WATER HEATER INSPECTIONS/ RUN LINES IN HOUSE 1/20/2017

Steve came out to our place a couple weeks ago to advise on electric tankless VS electric tanked water heaters, he was very honest on his opinion & with his experiences we trusted him, he also ran our septic lines in house, was very professional, thourough & did a great job. Needless to say next week Steve will be coming out to install 2 tank water heaters. more

Reliable and dependable! 1/18/2017

I've been using Reliable since they were Bennet and everything is still the same, great! The workers come right in and get to work. They're clean and if they do make a mess, it's all cleaned up by the time they're gone. This last project, they had to check the furnace and also deal with some smoke detectors. I appreciate their professionalism and simple billing process. more

From Nicole on the phone who does her very best to accommodate your schedule, to the service person who was knowledgeable and did a wonderful assessment and installation of a brand new faucet . Very disappointed 12/29/2016

I was so happy on the first two jobs that Reliable did for me but the third time I called them I was shocked at the price they charged to replace one small bathroom faucet and two knobs underneath. The first time I called the repair man did three separate jobs for over an hour for $700. The bathroom faucet repair under an hour they charged me $650! Hundred of that dollars was for an emergency call however I called early in the morning spent all day without water before they came late in the afternoon so don't feel like they responded much like an emergency. I'm very disappointed as I thought I could depend on them for reasonable charges for reasonable work. I will now have to find a new plumbing company to rely on. Great place, excellent staff 12/21/2016

I recently had the people from Reliable Plumbing & Heating Services come out to do a check up on our furnace to make sure it was in good working order. The people who came out from Reliable Plumbing were very helpful, and did the work in great time. I would definitely continue to use Reliable Plumbing & Heating Services again, and I highly recommend their services. more

I called Reliable Plumbing & Heating Services because we had the main water line plugged and water was coming out from the bottom of both toilets. They responded quickly to my call and got the line unplugged. Great job. Would definitely recommend them. more

Small, family run businesses always impress me with their level of customer support. Reliable Plumbing & Heating Services attended to plumbing problems that required a snake out to the yard. After the first try everything was working. But the next day the toilets were stopped up again. I called Reliable Plumbing and they came out see what was going on, no problem. The guy checked the pipes in the yard and found the original ceramic pipes were causing the clogging issues. He ran a line all the way out to the street this time, and installed a non-ceramic part to keep the pipe clear. I wasn't charged for a service call and only the new part that was needed. He also replaced the yard beautifully, it's hard to tell the ground was taken up in the area he was working. The worker was very patient and knowledgeable while showing me things that go wrong with ceramic pipes. He was committed to doing a good job and it showed. We are completely satisfied with this service. Will call them again when we need them. more

I found Reliable Plumbing & Heating Services online. I hired them to install two brand new water heaters for me. The installer arrived on time, was very polite and professional, and did the job quickly and efficiently. I felt their pricing was very fair. I would use their services again and I would recommend them to other people. more

Way too expensive for 20 minutes of a simple job! 10/18/2016

Plumber was prompt and friendly! But a simple 20 minute job ended up costing $272! Was told any job was a 2 hour minimum?? Or charged by the job. In this case the job was cheaper if you can believe that Basically a rip off for the services rendered!! We'd like to offer you a free furnace tune-up at no charge to you. Our standard charge for a furnace tune-up is $175, but we'd like to offer this at no charge to you. I've had good luck with Reliable Plumbing. Their pricing seems reasonable as compared to other plumbing services, and they always are there when I need them. Also, all the technicians are friendly, helpful, and seem to know their trade. more

Kept up to date on the time of arrival and wore shoe covers while inside the house, nice touch. The Service Man explained things to the wife and again to the husband because he was not in the room at the time. Very nice person to work with, will call for these services again. more
