I am not big on reviews but I am very impressed with the customer service and prompt install of a new outside unit that recently went out on us. My wife is 38 weeks pregnant and well she is miserable enough when the a/c is working, so for her to have to deal with it being 85 degrees in the house with windows up and fans on was a nightmare. I called Peaden and the ladies on the phone treated with kindness and concern when I explained our situation and they sent someone right over. He diagnosed the problem called and located the part and had it installed and running the next day. (would have been the same day but I had to wait for pay check). I can't express my gratitude enough and will refer them to everyone I know they have earned my business. And if you have to use them for you?re a/c needs I can assure you they will earn yours too.
