My father recently purchased a condo on Front Beach and while visiting the air conditioner died. I asked our property manager for a reference as we are not from PCB. She gave us the Peaden name. I went online and have to admit, I was a little concerned about a couple of the ratings but called them.\r
The very polite technician arrived the same day and took a look at the TWENTY EIGHT year old air handler! He diagnosed the problem and gave us two options, replace the unit or replace the coil, carefully explaining everything. We opted to replace the unit. He pumped some freon in and gave us the night in cool air and said he would schedule an appt the very next day. \r
As promised the appt was set and two young men (HUGE shout out to Rodney and Thomas!) arrived right on time and went to work. They covered the floor before they started and worked like trojans to complete the job. They stopped once to pick up a thermostat that would fit the narrow space on the wall and then returned promptly t
